Indirect FBA Measures in Practice

Hello,

My name is Dr. Kristen Padilla, Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor University. We are conducting a research study about behavior analysts' experiences with indirect measures as a part of the FBA process. I would like for you to fill out a brief survey online that will address your experiences. Your participation is entirely voluntary. Results from this study may substantially influence faculty instruction, practitioner training, and best practices for FBAs in the field.

The survey should take approximately 4-5 minutes to complete. You may skip any questions that you don’t want to answer. No personally identifying information is being collected. I will only use aggregated data in my research study report. I will maintain data files and records for 5 years. After this time, I will destroy all files that contain individual data. At any time during this survey, you may choose to withdraw from the study by not completing it. At that time, you may also choose to determine whether any of the data you have given can be utilized for the purposes of this study. Thank you for your participation in this research study. If you have any questions or concerns later on, you may contact me at Kristen_Padilla@baylor.edu.
